Golf
Tee off on our beautiful 6,548 yard, par 72 (rating 69.8) golf course, one of
the finest courses in western
North Carolina
. Our bermuda grass fairways and
bent grass greens are maintained in top condition year round.
In late fall, the fairways are overseeded with rye grass to keep the
course green and a pleasure to play in the winter months.
Ponds, streams, and even a waterfall come into play on 14 of our 18
holes.
Whether you walk your round or ride one of our carts, you will enjoy every
challenging, scenic, well designed hole. Four
sets of tees are provided to challenge golfers of all ages and abilities.
Several club tournaments are held throughout the year, as well as monthly
tournaments sponsored by our Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations. You can
also golf with any of the seven golf groups that have tee times throughout the
week, including our weekly couples golf scramble that finishes with a sundown
dinner. 
Our golf complex features a full service pro shop, a driving range with both
synthetic and natural grass hitting areas, a practice putting/chipping green,
and a short game practice area with practice bunker.
Expert golf instruction and clinics are available from our Class A PGA
professional staff.
